In September 2015, CIfA started the process of consulting with members and stakeholders on the potential for developing routes to Chartered Archaeologist status.
So far, they have held consultation workshops in Glasgow, York, London, Bristol and Manchester and discussion sessions with the Advisory Council, Wales Group, Groups Forum and staff. The results of this initial consultation were presented at the Chartered Archaeologist session at the CIfA Conference in Leicester.
