Wow, impressive. If only other bodies were efficient as BAJR.......

In fact by hits I did indeed mean complaints or allegations of misdemeanour, as you obviously realised.

So, seven in the few weeks that Hotline has been running is quite a lot, considering the relatively restricted knowledge of its availability at present.

Are you saying that most of the seven have been satisfactorily resolved?

1 was resolved by BAJR directly
1 is awaiting info to pass on
1 is ongoing and waiting for confirmation
1 is filed, the person/contractor/whoever complained about has been warned and if they continue then action will be taken.
