It was great to see the Scottish Dig to see the Medieval Seal Matrix being found by one of the Scottish Detectorist and a good bit of PR for the Hobby..

A long time ago I use to watch Time Team. Now it is rubbish so far fetch. Wow, if only archaeological reports about a site could be done so fast we all are out of a job. It okay to bring archaeology into the public via TV informing people what is archaeology which is great to see and Time Team has done a good job doing this. We have Tony running around sites like his a$rse was on fire and asking question then the best laugh I have seen on this programme a long time ago was Francis Priory coming out with so much &hit it ritual and it must be ritual they chucked flints into a lake what about they lost them? And what is ritual? A person way of saying I have no clue. We all take what these top notch archaeologists say as gospel truth. Personally I never take such things as truth until a full proper research is carried out and all the evidence is collected in. Made believe programme for wannabes archaeologists who think that archaeology is full of glamour and has loads of jobs and you don’t have to sleep in BB’s and away from families and friends.

Sorry but this is what I feel about TT.
