Oh aye - last year (or maybe the year before - they blur into one) actually tried to have an enforcement action taken on a council own school development (they bulldozed through the roman niceness). The laugh's we had! But, amazingly, the planner did bring about the enforcement! She's on my xmas card list forever...

The not very funny thing is that we could go on like this for a rather long time. As you said, deep breath (and note the time! past 5pm! Shock horror![:0])

It was indeed an amazing event and possibly against the laws of nature - sort of like when the Ghostbusters crossed the proton streams - and one that I will almost certainly never see repeated in this life. I look back in wistful vindication.
