if we consider beyond current employment opportunities where people are educated and experienced beyond their current roles, then we must consider that the post of the field archaeologist is not necessarily THE future, but rather those in the role may lie in the fortunate position of being young enough and INTERESTED(?) enough to consider THE FUTURE! (oh......right)
