If you don't like what they do, try going on to the TT forum raise your concerns.
In support of BAJR (like any other forum) - his forum, his rules and if you don't like them - go away. Remember that its the forum owner who is ultimately responsible for content - if you want to sign up to pay his legal fees when someone sues for libel after a posting then perhaps the AUP could be adjusted on your behalf.
Lets see how far I get with this one. The head of the PAS is Roger Bland (have I broken AUP?). Roger Bland in his PAS role made a statement on Radio 4s PM program the day a roman helmet sold late last summer for approximately 200,000 pounds (AUP still intact?). I personally think his statement which validated the circumstances behind the finding of said helmet and the need to raise money to purchase it, will in the long term do considerable damage to British and Eastern European archaeology (what's the point of the AUP if you can't say this?). Rogar Bland can say what he likes about this helmet, the perception to those who may be tempted to ilegally import foreign artifacts into Britain is, we are open for your business.

Yup

You just have.. given that it is personal point of view which presents an argument.(well you could actually add the bit about why you think this is the case.... as it is just a point of view at teh moment with no supporting evidence) Rather than saying Roger Bland is wrong because of some evil and nasty intent and making comments that could be seen as causing distress or be legally in the grey area. Which would be against the AUP.

And you can, within the AUP say what you like as you already have. So proving that the AUP does work. you had to be careful about what you said, and thus have put over your own opinion in such a way as to give another view on the subject. Without putting BAJR into a possible legal quagmire.
So ...er....... stay within the AUP... you have shown you can do it
