Hi all.

Does anybody know where we need to send the sample of the new WHS trowel next? Can you email me at ian@getatrowel.co.uk.

We have been playing with the trowel and are more than happy, certainly no more Snap and Ping! Still waiting on the launch date, we are chasing the manufacturers all the time!

How does everyone else feel?

hello all,
I am writing to express my concern about this new trowel, in that it is likely to fail one of the key tasks required of it. Specifically, the increase in distance between the handle and the blade is likely to result in a significant decrease in aero-dynamics. This will then mean, at the least, that the glorious scores in Trench-side Darts achieved by the legends of yesteryear will be unattainable. Surely the younger members of the industry have enough on their plate without this extra blow to their continuous professional development.

Managed to hunt down an old WHS! Huzzah a lot!!! Seeing as the manufacturer can`t be bothered-hows about a thread where we can hunt down and procure proper trowels that have vanished from the shelves.....there are WHS trowels out there....hiding in cupboards....the lower desk drawers of consultants (still in their original wrapping).....in the darkest recesses of curators garages....embedded as missiles in the centre of degree certificates....anywhere!! Tiz Wonkas hunt for the golden tickets....hunt the real trowels out from the corners of the globe and sod the manufacturer.........

I had to succumb and buy one of the "new" ones, my old trowel has gotten so small it's useless for cleaning back any large area. When are the "new new" ones going to start coming out???

I'm pretty much in the same position as well and am rooting around drawers to find old "proper" WHS's which were abandoned due to extreme smallness. (thankfully, being of a hording mentality, I never throw them away)

Luckily working on gravelly clay at the moment so the small size is ideal, but we've a site on sand coming up soon.

I may have to weaken and buy a Marshalltown![:0] *sound of sky rending asunder and wailing and gnashing of teeth*

hehe i dont think you have time to grow a full beard....perhaps some good stubble. All depends on your facial hair growth rate I suppose.
