Mattock is indeed right that a well presented report it was too...
Photos, times, dates, reports cross referenced.. unfortunately the reality was not what was reported... which may of course be beacuse you were a new graduate, and did not know the full story. But now you do... so perhaps time to move on.

Other people have made comments about sites as well... but they did not start by accusing BAJR of not taking reports seriously or

So, you visit your parents, see a cemetery clearance over the wall and decide to play Miss Marple. You take notes and clandestine photos then send a report to BAJR. BAJR investigate more thoroughly than you could ever hope to and find there is no case to answer. However, you think you know better? If you are not going to accept BAJR's findings, why did you send the report in the first place? You are making yourself look ridiculous! This all smacks of attention seeking behaviour on your part.

I thank those who support BAJR.
At least you got a glimpse of just what I do in the background normally... I still do.. on a weekly basis.. but now I also have the IFA to help me,and I help the IFA.
Together we can sort things out.. put an end to muppetry on one hand, and explain when things look bad, but there are good reasons (or at least real reasons) behind it

To address one of Mattockhead's points -
IFA membership does not imply that any member will protect other members or conceal their wrongdoings. Quite the reverse - membership places an obligation on any member to report wrongdoings, while it also implies a personal commitment to ethical practice.
Quite apart from ethical and disciplinary obligations, there is also a 'self-interest' reason to report wrongdoing. Any member that does know of unethical or incompetent practice by another member or by an RAO would want those issues addressed, to avoid devalueing the letters after their own name.
