This message has been temporarily deleted by Peter Wardle and I will discuss the issues raised with David next week when he returns from Spain.

I do not want to stop debate only to structure it a little bit. The message from Kevin in my view was badly worded but was, in fact, about the differences in employment practices for people of different grades with particular reference to holidays. A subject worthy of consideration.

Given that I have worked a 70 hour week this week and not had a complete weekend off in months I hope that nobody minds if I break the AUP and email Kevin tomorrow and discuss why his posting was inappropriate.
