Is this able to also be applied to self-employed/freelancers who have lost all their programmed work but can't sign on for whatever reason?
Hi Bob,
Yes direct debit paying freelance/self-employed members with no work can also contact the office to discuss amending their payment installments for the rest of the financial year.

thanks Kathryn, will email you direct regarding my situation, but originally posted on here as I felt the answer would be of interest to other freelancers who have been hit by a disappearing order book.
