Looks Like I am a week too late for the susage butty, still, might risk warming up the remains as they look edible . When does the sausage butty first appear in the archaeological record? (as it is quite in here I shall slink off behind the bar and help my self to anything that is not nailed down)

Did you get in trouble for using the Anglo-Saxon glass beakers?
I'm back from a weekend with Vikings (and a few earlier-period intrusions by way of Romans) at Jorvik and if I have to quaff another glass of mead, I may implode. Whisky in a clean glass, please?
