Humm..... a bit empty in here at the moment (takes opportunity to rummage behind bar for discarded snacks)
So has everyone over done the Lahroaig and been rushed to A & E for a stomach pump? Or has the world ended and as usual I missed it?
Think I will try the xxxxxx this weekend, goes well with cheddar cheese and pickled onions

World doesn't end until Saturday, so you're alright for a bit.
I've been away and back and away and back and away. I ran out of Laphroaig and had to make do with gin. With gin... had to make do with gin.....

How many times has the world been due to end now? somehow I always miss it. Thanks DL I will try a double F, might mix it with gin.
I am also trying not to get depressed as though not unemployed yet it is looming on the horizon. Been desperately trying to think of alternative jobs but it will probably be back to agency work (thats if there is any!). Cannot afford to give it all up and paint which is what I really want to do, also not good enough to make a living that way. Still it could be worse the bar could be dry :face-crying:

Argh! Lay off the mead I have distorted memories of Russian mead ( is there such a thing) and a 1970s shag pile rug. A bad bad night or perhaps one of those nightmares that seem real. had to bin the rug
