I think that prooves my point. Can I join AS and then ask them to move their border about 50 miles south?

The increasing cost of membership of the CBA is another issue - especially if the regional group you are in determines what you get for your money.

You could actually join AS and take joint membership with thier sister organisation the CBA.. Or just join AS and welcome aboard. I would be interested if they would consider running articles and events in the North of England. As borders are imaginary Smile

I suggest some kind of link-up with a historical reenactment society might be appropriate - perhaps reenacting the sacking of York?
