Actually the mineral operator concerned seems to be well into PR benefit etc, certainly the units they use up this end of the world currently are all decent outfits who do a good job (have to say that, entirely coincidentally I do one of their quarries so have to hold hand up and admit conflict of interest), none that I'm aware of are big southern units. Some have seperate consultants (mostly the older jobs) and some don't
