Now Accepting Applications 2009 Archaeological Positions - Alaska Northern Land Use Research, Inc.*, is Alaskaâs largest Cultural Resources Consulting firm. We are actively recruiting to fill a large number of field and laboratory staff positions to support on-going archaeological projects during the summer and fall of 2009 (May 15 through September 20). These projects are located throughout Alaska and typically based out of remote field camps in wilderness settings. The Alaska field season is short and intense. Typical schedules for remote work include 10 to 12 hour days, 6 days per week, with optional longer breaks provided every 3 to 4 weeks.
