Astonishingly, and just to confuse everybody, the local government payaward for last April (200:face-thinks: has just been announced, allowing the IfA minimum rates for 2008-09 to be set!

Those rates are the one to which the 2009-10 rise will be applied, presumably.

indeed they will be... Smile I did like the irony that the IfA rates for 2008/2009 were set just in time for the 2009/2010 ones to be raised.
