compo claims - deepdigger - 18th February 2005 is it true that ggat diggers past and present may be able to claim for vibration white finger having used a kango for so long? or is this just another nasty rumour?} ![]() deep compo claims - BAJR Host - 18th February 2005 Perhaps that incudes all archaeologists and people who can prove that use of a kango or similar (myself included) has caused white finger. I think you would have to prove a White finger b Who caused it c Culpability compo claims - amber - 18th February 2005 You won't be able to claim unless you have only ever used the offending piece of machinary while working for one unit. If you have used the same type of euipment that you think caused the vibration white finger while working for more than one company, then your claim is well and truly stuffed am afraid. Same goes for the majority of work-related compensation claims. |
