Badger - trowelhead - 11th May 2006 Wot with the apprentice last night it looks like Mr Hosty may have to look out for the website copyright before Ms Badger gets in on the Bajr act. Although you may find her agent offers you huge wedges of cash to by the site name. Wonder what an archaeological style apprentice would look like and who would be Mr Sugar? I can imagine the final: "I like your style, you`ve worked hard all your life, your a grafter and I like that. Your Hired! 6 months contract, no holiday, 15000 grand a year, no career development. Dont sound the same does it. Close enough for a country job! Badger - Billy Bunter - 11th May 2006 Ha ha - like it. Presumably though being the cutting edge of business, the Apprentice would be joining a consultancy. "Do you have lots of experience and come from a field background? Can you recognize features when you go on site? No to all questions?....You're hired!" Badger - Sparky - 11th May 2006 You've quite obviously got a good chance too, Billy. Badger - Timber Wolf - 11th May 2006 6 months contract, no holiday, 15000 grand a year, no career development Trowelhead I think you will find paid holiday is a statutory requirement for all workers including part time and temporary staff. hooowl Badger - Billy Bunter - 11th May 2006 Just a joke Sparky, nothing more. No offence intended. Wouldn't like to see someone of Alan Sugar's calibre around where I work. I'd have to do some work for a start[:o)] Badger - Sparky - 12th May 2006 No bother Billy. Some people actually believe it. Sometimes true, sometimes not. There are some diggers who shouldn't really dig, e.g. MIFA and 25 years experience, but they wouldn't make bad consultants...probably safer. Have a good weekend. |
