Indeed Mr Host.

Now, how to turn that people power in to better pay and conditions!?

The WHS manufacturer reacted to money and business reputation, or loss thereof if people bought elsewhere. How do we encourage employers to do the same? They need to be informed about the benefits of increasing pay/conditions:

  • better performance from employers
  • good PR
  • less absenteeism
  • all the other proven reasons for paying workers more!
