Ummm..... I am guessing by the police comment regarding 'other agencies' that the gentlemen in question may have psychiatric problems and has probably been referred to institutional care.... in which I think it's a little unkind of the Daily Telegraph to present him in the manner it does. Or is 'laugh at the loonies' back on the agenda now that we have something akin to an 18th century government in power:face-confused:

Not remotely interested in the sexuality of the perpetrator or his mental stability-had my kids been treated to a viewing of this little demonstration on a day out.....the transvestite would have been the victim.
