Time Team Digital Media Talent Search - BAJR - 9th August 2010 Time Team are looking to expand their broadcasting capabilities by establishing a web-based ‘behind the scenes’ blog. Part of this initiative is a search for new talent to present additional footage broadcast on the web. Do you have what it takes? We are particularly interested in candidates that: • Have a good working knowledge of archaeology, particularly field archaeology • Demonstrate the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas in layman's’ terms • The ability to work with a wide range of professionals from different backgrounds and industries. Whether you are an academic archaeologist, a specialist or a field archaeologist we are interested in your potential as a new presenter. To apply we would like you to submit: • A Curriculum Vitae - please include all professional work you have completed as well as any broadcasting and publication credits. • A short show-reel of yourself; no longer than 3 minutes. Please include why you wanted to become an archaeologist and describe a particular site or find that you consider interesting or important and why. We would particularly like examples that are specific to you in relation to your own archaeological experience rather than generic examples e.g. stonehenge. • All show-reels must be available either as a You Tube clip or presented in an e-mailable video format. Show-reels/You Tube URLS and C.Vs should be emailed to: ttdigitalmedia@gmail.com The closing date for submission is: Wednesday 25th August 2010 by 5pm Time Team Digital Media Talent Search - kevin wooldridge - 9th August 2010 Why do you have to present a 'show reel' if you're behind the scenes?
