Seeking Specific Reenactors - Wibblehead - 2nd June 2011 Hi all Been away from here for a while, it's good to be back! I'm running an event at Newark Castle on 30th July, called Time Travel Trent Vale. I'm in need of a couple of specific reenactors, and wondered if anyone had suggestions for me... 1) A medieval torturer, or similar. We will be running guided tours of the dungeons, and feel this would fit in quite nicely for obvious reasons. 2) An historical storyteller. Last year we had Thor Ewing, and he was great, but alas he is already spoken for this year. Any suggestions or ideas most gratefully received! All the best Em Seeking Specific Reenactors - deadlylampshade - 14th June 2011 Nick Hennessey could fit the bill as a storyteller...he does excellent Border Reiver type stuff amongst other "genres". A bard in the true sense of the word. Might be a bit short notice for him, but if you don't ask... http://www.nickhennessey.co.uk/ |
