''Introduction to Archaeology' course. in London - BAJR - 14th September 2012 The Mary Ward Centre has a small number of places left on its 'Introduction to Archaeology' course. This practically orientated course offers hands-on experience in a wide range of basic techniques, including artefact handling, site survey, aerial photographic interpretation and transcription, principles of geophysical survey, excavation and post-excavation analysis. It is aimed at beginners and those who would like to refresh their memories in a friendly environment. Meetings take place every Monday evening: 18.00 - 20.00 September 17th 2012 - 26th November (11 meetings) Cost = ?83 or ?29 concessions The Mary Ward Centre is London's Adult Education College with a difference.
