Absolutely........ huge congratulations are indeed due in bucketloads. I had to leave my beloved profession to earn a decent wage in that wavelength. My God-I`ve just had a thought......the profession could be led from the front lines rather from the rear where pampered and ring-fenced Colonels continue to enjoy job-security by bleeding the skills of others! Massive congratulations to UCL ASE.......long may this continue and become a viral (long-overdue) phenomena. :face-approve:

They don't look like digger jobs, more PO/SPO, even the junior posts are expected to run projects
