I think not bad for what it is. Mentions low pay and general lack of training provisions, but the up sides too. Nice to see something relatively balanced for a change!

It's nice to see an article reflecting the realities, for sure. And in the education section... it's all too easy to go through university these days and emerge with no idea about commercial archaeology at all - far too many universities fail to give their archaeology students a grounding in what a career in archaeology actually means!
