Weekend course at Old Chapel Farm (mid-Wales)

A mixture of illustrated presentation and hands-on experience, this course will not only give an insight into the techniques, styles and practicalities of thatching, but will contain latest experimental results in growing longstraw and managing reed beds in Wales.

Limited Spaces. Accommodation and evening meal available Friday. (Arrival after 5pm). Teaching 10am Sat - 4.00pm Sun Accommodation in yurts, all food provided, mostly from our organic holding. All inclusive price UKP 180 per person, concessions UKP 150. Special rates for local people traveling in daily
