No, but if you can trace the advertisement for the tender it probably had a fixed value (most of EH's do, and it's usually pretty low relative to what they are looking for).

This shows that ?21538 was spent up to 2010 from 2008. Not sure if any has been spent since then
and this seems to have been what was paid to UCL. There is no mention of CBA or the eh commitee members

I don't know about the amount of money spent, but I presume the reason there's no mention of the CBA is because organisation and funding of the project was nothing to do with them.
