Teaching with Texts and Artefacts, 13 June, 12.30pm, Thackray Museum, Leeds


This workshop will address the disjuncture between the study of textual and material sources in the historical and cultural disciplines and to empower teaching staff with theories, examples and practical tools that enable them to introduce elements of inter-disciplinary teaching.


The price to attend this workshop will be £50 for members of institutions that subscribe to the HEA and £100 for members of non-subscribing institutions.

Archaeology: Teaching for Employability, 14 June, 10.30am, University of Manchester

This workshop will focus on issues of how to teach and assess employable skills within Archaeology degrees.
