Time team was never about improving our employment conditions.

It was about promoting an awareness of our subject and a vague highlight of what we can do with so little.

there is a massive income difference, ever widening between the rich and poor.

so a disparity of pay is just a pipe dream that if the subject is brought up, we would be shown the door from the other end of the spectrum to the finance sector.
