Unitof1, sorry - my last post may have been misleading. Not saying that cuts haven't been made, just that it was clearly a difficult time for those who had to make the decisions.
Not sure what you're driving at with the 'when was it commissioned' question.

i am glad the issue of "personal friends" and redundancies has been raised, because on the other side of the coin are "personal dislikes" and all that implies...
