MoLAS became Museum of London Archaeology (not MOLA, oh no) some time early last summer, but talk of it had filtered through the digging community in London at least by February, and presumably management had been discussing it and the re-branding exercise of which this might be a part for a while before then. So, probably pre- or peri-Crunch, if that was what you were wondering. Hope that helps.
