Harrier GR7 (ZD462) Aircraft
There is a Harrier GR7 (ZD462) Aircraft ? located at RAF Cosford, West Midlands (engine not included) now not available for purchase from Past Horizons
Any offers? :face-thinks:
Would be a way to deal with difficult competative tenders. :face-huh:

Wouldn't the downblast of a fully operational, hovering-just-over-yer-head Harrier be a bit hazardous (to both the archaeology and archaeologists)?
Windswept and very interseting (crispy?) diggers!

thats the point...
your own crew then leap into the freshly cleared site and start scraping (the bits of the other team off the site)

Instead of buying an old clapped-out Harrier, wouldn't it be cheaper to buy an ex-soviet helicopter?
But, if anyone does, just remember not to hover for too long in the same spot-as this will cause a vacuum underneath you-and then you'll crash [xx(]

Instant aviation archaeology - perfect for the 21st century when waiting for stuff is for losers.
It might not have its engine anymore, but has it still got the means for shooting down the Time team helicopter?

Hey.....what's wrong with the Time Team helicopter. If they didn't have the helicopter they would.....they would have to use Google Earth like the rest of us}
