you only become a Federation emmber if you join a group... (ps.. still have to enter all the terms, conditions and FAQs)
You can however join, and discuss in the public forum...
the discussion is actually quite interesting... about the first Contract Archaeology Symposium, an event they hope will provide the springboard for much closer liaison in the future between contract archaeologists, academics and curators, and consultants and developers.
So well in the concept of the Federation.. and indeed one to attend...
