I am not expecting to get rewarded, just compensated or payed for the 2.5 days work that enabled the finds to be properly excavated and recorded and the time spent at the Coroners Court.

The reward element should go to the finder and I have no real problem with that and I would still help the FLO / PAS tomorrow if requested to do so .

Magpie, perhaps an acceptable compromise would be for the PAS to at least pay your expenses for the time donated.
