It feels like it!
Though I am noticing more and more digging jobs... perhaps it will level out.

Green shoots? Did someone mention green shoots!

Green shoots? only the grass I'm forced to eat.
Work has picked up for some units, especially with the infrastructure jobs, but judging from what I've seen/heard over the last couple of months people are having to travel far further to get work, which obviously has a knock on. Also seen a few people confident/mad enough to jack jobs recently (me included!), sometimes directly because of the travelling and the impact of it all.
Real green shoots? Everyone seems to be feeling their way forward very cautiously

No sign of green shoots at my company. Quite a few small watching briefs on small developments but the eval/excavations have dropped off completely. Those few bigger jobs that do come through the door are so hotly contested it does feel as though some companies are literally buying the work. Surely this cannot be a sustainable approach??
