have now received emails from a number of people who have made orders which have not been fulfilled, though payment has been made. no emails have been replied to and phonecalls are not returned. I feel that I must suggest people tread carefully....

On behalf of those running the site I hope there is a reasonable explanation, it's a great idea and a well designed site and has massive potential, but as has been said by someone more knowledgable than me "It takes twenty years to build a good working relationship and twenty minutes to ruin it".

I have now made contact with ian applegate. Get A Trowel ceased trading. you can contact him via the website ... however I have explained that they must refund everyone... not just those that ask.

Gave Ian Applegate until 28th June to refund everyone who has paid money but not received orders.. I have already had one person who says they have not been refunded... This is turning into a bit of a mess!
