Excuse my ignorance but I was just wondering, could anyone point me in the direction of the correct HER/SMR for the south western tip of Scotland near Northern Ireland (basically the historic county of Wigtonshire). Cheers and sorry for my geopgraphical heresy, G

That would be Dumfries and Galloway, I think.

That's just a list of the SMRs / HERs that are online, not all the individual Councils. There's only 16 listed (and indeed, 11 of those link to the same site), but there are 32 Councils in Scotland, the others presumably not having their information online.
