Why do you always quote the whole previous entry? - makes the thread look really rather more impressive than it actually is.......
I think PP makes a valid point, that some of the skills used in some of the roles you are talking about are quite similar to management. In some ways even getting out of bed and getting to somewhere on time etc involves some form of management, even if it is of yourself. You are seriously in denial... and I assume you mean workforce?
Sorry about the quotes thing, I did work out how to cut it down but I forgot again.

:I- oops, another failed management skill, clearly haven't quite mastered typing while discussing drinking arrangements on the phone, apologies to all the 'forkforce' out there! [can't help thinking that there's a tv format in there somewhere]

I'm guessing those drinking arrangements wouldn't involve 'a piss-up in a brewery' as that normally suggests some kind of 'management' input....

Ah, so not going to answer the question then? Care to give any examples of this supposed corner-cutting etc? At least I haven't got that 9-5 mentality which the timing of your posts on here suggests you do :face-stir:
Sadly very little management skills in that particular drinking session, just turning up a pub and then being taken on a magical mystery tour, definitely follower stuff, although I did seem to manage to get home without assistance, albeit the memory's a bit hazy :face-approve:
