A badger came through our catflap once. Scared the beejeebers out of the cat.

Greetings to all. Cyprus finally has some rain so I won`t have to bath in sand like the birds! Huzzah! I really don`t want to demonize anyone on this thread, just underline the essence of BAJR. Any topic posted on here is likely to run the gamete of political and emotional diatribe-archaeology is the study of people so its fairly hard to avoid. Political and social theory plays a huge part in what we do for a living, the key to BAJR harmony has always been respect for alternative views. I for one have been guilty (me lud) of some unforgivable attacks on fellow subscribers in the past and have learnt loads since. On such an emotive issue as The Badger Trust and its remit, we are bound to witness outpourings of many flavours.Frankly, I don`t care if people come from the "Peoples Front of Judea" or the "Judean Peoples Front" -just support the work of the Badger Trust.:face-approve:

Pleasure to meet you Blacktusk! Monkey world is indeed a special place I have to admit. Visited many times during my stay in Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. The Monkey World complex is another sad story of abuse followed by rescue and redemption. Yet another admirable initiative. Seems that whatever species we discuss, human behaviour has some apologies to make. Am currently thinking about some practical ideas so that we could actually support the Badger Trust with a little dosh now and then. Ideas anyone? Again, a pleasure to meet you Blacktusk!:face-approve:

Indeed.... I would think it apt that BAJR supports the BAJR Trust.
there is a way of having a donation button (tax deductible !)
will ask them about ways to support.
and I would even be happy to chip in something for Monkey World!
