ifa ro's are positively encouraged to encourage ifa membership in their ranks. imagine an ro wants to employ some diggers. they draw up a job description and person spec and put out an advert on bajr. 200 people apply. i cant begin to tell you how boring it is going through 200 applications and you do end up looking for anything that stands out as well as anything you can to filter down the numbers. large companies often have hr departments who then take over and draw up short lists and they wont have an archaeological clue. which boxes do you want ticked now?
If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don't have to worry about answers
