Yes indeed... the most important thing for people to learn from this. is get it in writing.

on average. an hour travel is seen as maximum from the base of the company - after which it would require either accommodation OR travel time/.

Written acceptances advert text and contracts must be honoured unless their is further agreement to alter the conditions of work.
