But I do understand that what I saying is a big ask and a big risk.

Its got to be backed by the IfA as membership enforcement, rather than as people reporting ROA's.

ROA's versus staff is a stupid tactic, bcause as you say balcklisting is easily done.

Therefore the onus must lie with the IfA!
