Would indeed not be allowed...
I would ask people who are taking this on as delf employed are aware of ALL the requirements .. don't take it from the company... check with your tax officer.
Of course.. as self employed you can work for whatever you want.. just remember to put aside your tax, NI, you get no holiday pay.. (a big chunk) and of course have other requirements to be classed as self employed.
But no... a 60 quid a day self employed would not cut it..
I may suggest to the tax office they are made aware of this.. after all, the company obviously feels that the people are indeed self employed, so there should be no trouble
