I also started off being anonomous but I was "outted" at work a few years ago and decided that I would add my real name to my profile as I knew it was being monitered anyway. Several companies do follow what is being said especially if it is obviously about them - even if no names are used.
I have changed jobs several times since then and I do admit to having a second alias which is anonomous and I am very aware that on the rare occassions I use this alias that I do not post anything that can be pinned down to one specific person and i feel this anonimoty is vital when bringing sensitive issues into the forum that other archaeologists need to be aware of.
Generally tho when posting opinion i dont care who knows its from me
