Why are any of us not suprised at the skills shortage?
Because we all know lots of good people who have left the industry because of low pay and poor working conditions!
If ever there was a chance to let the public know the prediciment that we are in NOW is the moment. But how? I don't know exactly but I'm sure someone has an idea and if they do they can be assured of my full support!!
