the finds team where I work is almost exclusively female, but there has usually been a fair mix on site, though thinking about it, most of the females also spent some time doing office stuff, though not necessarily only during the winter months 
. Would be nice though, especially as I am faced with the prospect of being back out on site for the beginning of December after spending 14 months in an office
