Had the call back and the phone interview.....have now sent in some photos to them.....
But like Mr Hosty, I am not holding out .......
However, they did ask if I was available for further interviews within the next couple of weeks....has anyone been contacted to go on to these interviews?
Meanwhile, some more info from Yahoo news:
Television and radio presenter Jamie Theakston is fronting a new Channel 4 show in which contestants will go on a global hunt for secret gems.
The seven-part series, provisionally called The Search, will see 10 competitors attempt to win seven prizes of buried jewels by unravelling complicated codes and solving ancient mysteries.
The 35-year-old presenter will travel around the world with the group, visiting Italy, Mexico, Egypt, India and Peru among others in their mission.
One unlucky contestant will be eliminated each week.
A show insider said: "The modern day Indiana Jones will be searching for seven symbols, which will give clues about where seven pots of treasure hidden in the UK.
"As the clues are revealed, viewers at home will also be able to join in and get their spades out as they try and dig up the booty."
This will give viewers the chance to bag it, before the adventurers return.
Theakston's new production company Ten Ton Productions will co-produce treasure search show with Princess Productions.
The series is due to air next year.
Looks like there is still chance for me and Mr Hosty to get our hands on the treasure, even if we dont make the show!!!!!
Get your shovel ready Mr Hosty !!!!!!
