I doubt very much that they have either effective union representation or 'pluralistic selection of working hours'. Even at management level you will be working 14-day (or longer) stretches, changing from nights to days to 'graveyard' shifts at less than 24 hours notice, be denied days off which you had booked months ago etc. etc. Believe me.
