I was a kick-arsch Chef forten years before digging, and i too looked at this. Ask yourself "Is it viable"....if you are doing food for a site of maybe 10 or 20 diggers, you have to sell an awful lot of soup to make sure you meet your overheads. Perhaps the way forwardwe be to broaden your target audience. If you have the ability to serve food to diggers outside, you also have the ability to serve food at football matches, race meetings etc. Have you priced up your insurance, food licences etc? What sort of wagon or trailer? Lot of work andoutlay for limitedreturn if you just sell oxo and maybe chicken soup to some half frozen diggers.
However, if they are digging in some very remote spot, with no shops for a very long way, you could have a monopoly and charge what you like.
Oh, the ways of your western capitalism!
Just give me a cold Becks
