Fair enough, you obviously know more about how agencies work than I do. I still wonder though, why a unit would pay agency fees when it has a huge pool of labour that it can draw on, and fire, pretty much at will anyway? sorry if I'm being stupid, I just don't see the advantage. [?]Smile
